Manage all task schedules in one place
Keeping your recurring tasks on track no longer means hunting through individual records. A new Schedules page under Settings brings every task schedule together in one view, so admins can set up and adjust automation without digging into each genetics or container.
Everything in one view
Schedules are what automatically generate recurring tasks — like subcultures — for containers at a given stage. Until now, you had to open each genetics or container record to see or change them. The new page gathers them all together:
- Species schedules that apply to every container of a species at a chosen stage
- Container overrides that replace the species default for a single container
- A clear separation between the two, so you always know which rule applies where
Set up schedules faster
From the Schedules page you can create and manage species-level schedules directly:
- Pick the genetics, stage, and task type
- Choose how often the task repeats, or mark it as one-time
- Add notes for your team
- Edit or deactivate a schedule whenever your process changes
Container-level overrides are still created from a container’s own detail page, and they now appear alongside everything else here for easy review.
Why it matters
- Spend less time navigating between records to manage automation
- See your lab’s full schedule setup at a glance
- Catch gaps or duplicates more easily when everything is side by side
Where to find it
